- Completed Visa Application Form.
- Two recent passport Size Photograph.
- Passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of submitting
the application.
- Copy of green card or any other ins Visa Copy for NON–US CITIZEN.
- A Valid Original Meningitis vaccination certificate. Such vaccination
is good for three years. Vaccinations must be done at least 10
days prior to applying for the visa.
- A Female must be accompanied by a muhrim. A marriage certificate
for couple & for others a legalized document to prove the
relationship to the Muhrim is required.
- Copy of thebirth certificate of Child accompanied by a parent.
- A confirmed airline ticket to an from Jeddah.aqra is pleaed
to provide a choice of leading airlines for travel to and beyond
Saudi Arabia.
