Dear Brothers and Sisters In Islam
(Asalam alaikum wa rahmatullah wa barakatu, Road to Makkah Hajj group wishes you a happy Hajj with many good rewards.
Most of you may be able to perform Hajj only once in his or her lifetime, so every Hajee wish to perform the Hajj as it is prescribed in The Qu’ran and the Sunnah.
Hajj is one of the best forms of worship and it is the most sublime deed because it is one of the pillars of Islam. A Muslim religion is incomplete without it. . Hajj is obligatory for those who can afford it financially and physically.
Very Important Remark
We should remember that we are going on a spiritual trip that requires hardship and sacrifice. It demands that we be patient. We should expect the least relaxation and most reward from Allah (SWT). We should expect the less sleeping, less comfort, less eating, less riding and more walking on foot. We should expect lot’s of people overcrowding the streets, the hotels, the tents, and every other place. We should transcend all these obstacles and remember the Day of Judgment is to be assembled and to be judged by Allah (SWT). Therefore we have to take it easy, and it is Allah (SWT) Who will inspire, motivate, and reward us to live in peace and harmony, Ameen
Remember this is a spiritual Journey, try to be as patient a possible, the place is jammed like a tin of sardines; you are to move with the wave of others. There will be some Muslims who act very rude and don’t respect the Hajj ritual. They may push or shove without respect for the others, take it easy and say: La Hawla wa la quwwata illa billah.
When you arrive at Jeddah Airport, remember thousands of people are arriving at the same time, sure you are tired and exhausted and you want to go to your hotel immediately. However, the actual procedure will take 10-12 hours to finish up the process. Meanwhile just sit, relax, read the Qu’ran and make Isighfar and Talbiah, also try to help others in your group
Avoid arguments and always listen to your group leader. If you take your wife, try to do on her behalf the jammarats during the days of mina.
Even though we are going during winter time. The weather over there will be very hot so try to avoid crowd especially around the Haram and sometimes it would be difficult to remain on your feet.
